“I never had no one that I could count on, I’ve been let down so many times, I was tired of hurting, so tired of searching, ’til you walked into my life, it was a feeling, I’d never known, and for the first time, I didn’t feel alone. You’re more than a lover, there could never be another, to make me feel the way you do, oh we just get closer, I fall in love all over, every time I look at you. I don’t know where I’d be, without you here with me, life with you makes perfect sense, you’re my best friend…” – Tim McGraw
We’ve been waiting a long time for this wedding! Our first wedding of 2015 has already come and gone and it was ridiculous! We started out the day getting-ready with the crew at the Marriott downtown. After some fun photo opps we headed over to University Circle United Methodist Church to begin the days festivities. To say that Allie looked beautiful in her gown is quite the understatement. She was radiant, glowing, gorgeous, and in a word…perfection! Joe and his men looked pretty darn handsome themselves in black tuxes with matching scarves for outdoor photos. I adored Allie’s wedding color palette with hints of gold and blush, textures of fur and LOTS of sparkle! After a heartfelt ceremony full of nothing but smiles from everyone we headed into the church basement to do some portraits on the basketball court (Allie and Joe first met playing basketball, at Quicken Loans Arena). From there we all headed over to the reception at the Old Courthouse for a night of toasts and dancing with friends and family.
Allie and Joe: we can’t thank you and your families enough for including us in your special day. Thank you for trusting us to capture these oh-so precious memories for you! Cheers to a marriage full of love and laughter xoxo
