What a way to end our summer of weddings! I love that no matter how some things stay the same from wedding to wedding, the personal touches and personality of the couples can be so different 🙂 and this couple was no exception.
Jen and Jon were married at the Miller Nature Preserve in Avon. This place is simply beautiful! It’s just wall to wall of exotic flowers and gardens – the conservatory is home to orchids, palms, a bonsai collection and so much more. Everything was so organic and full of life, without being too showy. And that fit perfectly with Jen and Jon’s personalities – they were so laid back and comfortable with everything, but you could tell how full of life they both are! Perfect example? They are going to Africa on their honeymoon! Take that, Hawaii 🙂
Details from the day; the wedding was very intimate, only close family and friends were in attendance. The cake was from Wild Flour Bakery and was to die for (and probably the couple’s favorite part of the whole day, well, besides getting hitched of course!) and the centerpieces were completely unique and like nothing I have ever seen before – they truly were THE statement-pieces. PS – get a look at the rings, isn’t Jen’s ring too cool for school? I sure thought so 🙂
Wishing you two a lifetime of wedded bliss, thanks so much for making us part of your day!
